Refund policy
ELIGIBILITY: Our Return policy is applicable for 7 days once delivered, If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to our WhatsApp : +91-8302759909 or our E-mail : infoanarah@gmail.com to initiate the process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be either:
- Damaged goods
- Incorrect product has been delivered
- Incorrect Size has been delivered
- Manufacturing defects
In the event that a customer still wishes to return any product(s) for any reason, the total shipping cost incurred for the order/product will be deducted from the refund amount.
For eligible product returns, we provide a reverse-pickup service for most pin codes. In the event that this service is unavailable for the customer’s pin code, the customer will be required to ship the product(s) back to us.
Please make sure you have images or videos' of the damage / defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return.
Return is an chargeable service. The shipping fee will be deducted .
Once the return is initiated, the courier company will arrange for collection of the product(s) within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will process the refund to the customer’s original payment method within 24 hours.
EXCHANGE POLICY :
ELIGIBILITY: Our Exchange policy is applicable for 7 days once delivered, If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Exchange is only applicable once per order.
Exchange is an chargeable service ( minimum Rs150/- )
Procedure:
To request an exchange for your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8302759909 or email us at infoanarah@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - Order Number." Upon confirming your exchange request, we will initiate a reverse-pickup for the exchange of your order.
We provide a reverse-pickup service for most pin codes. In the event that this service is unavailable for the customer’s pin code, the customer will be required to ship the product(s) back to us.
Please note that for exchanges, customers are required to pay a shipping charge in advance to initiate the process. Once the product(s) are collected, the exchange process typically takes up to one week.
Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. After receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect their condition and proceed with shipping the exchanged item(s) accordingly.
Cancellation Policy :
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped after 24 hours, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet) used for the purchase.
